Returns & Exchange Policy

We always double check each and every order to ensure what we send is exactly what you've ordered, and then carefully pack it to ensure it arrives undamaged.

However, occasionally a mishap could occur. If we accidentally send the wrong item, or it arrives damaged.. don't worry, we'll fix it right away!

Just send a picture of the incorrect or damaged item, and we'll get a replacement sent immediately. Our policy is: No hassle, no claims forms, no problem.

All of our items are made to order. If you have made an error in your order, we are happy to adjust the order as long as it has not yet been printed. Once the order has been printed and shipped, any returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or quality issues may result in a 20% re-stocking fee. Unfortunately, we're not able to refund shipping charges.
